breakti crew nycI am honored to represent Breakti® at Solstice in Times Square: Athleta Mind Over Madness Yoga on Saturday, June 21st!

We’ll be on stage before the 9 am, 2 pm, and 4:30 pm classes.

In the Breakti® practice, we introduce the concept of fearlessness and compassion within the realm of similarities between yoga and break dance.

Come watch a literal translation of this as we give you a taste of what it’s like to blend vinyasa with hip-hop, and funky beats! If you can’t make it, it will be live streaming here.

I’ll be dancing with a truly excellent crew, please come say hello after each performance. Tag me and #breakti on social media if you snap a photo!:
