This truly tastes like pumpkin pie and can be easily enjoyed as dessert. Simple, autumnal perfection.

I didn’t feel the need to use a sweetener, but I bet you a drizzle of maple syrup wouldn’t hurt…

Add 2-3 tbsp of Vega Essentials shake in vanilla for delicious protein and thicker texture.

1/2 cup Anita’s coconut yogurt [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][sub plain yogurt of choice + 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds]

2-3 tbsp organic pumpkin puree

1/2 apple, sliced or chopped

1 tsp maple syrup [optional]

 

nut + seed toppings to taste

pumpkin seeds

hemp seeds

sesame seeds

*[pecans would be an excellent choice]

1 tbsp NuttZo Organic Seven Seed & Nut Butter

 

ground spices to taste

cinnamon

nutmeg

ginger

cloves

turmeric

1 pinch sea salt

 

Mix together and enjoy!

  • sesame seeds
  • pecans
  • 1 tbsp Nuttzo Crunchy Seven Nut & Seed Butter

ground spices to taste

  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • ginger
  • cloves
  • turmeric
  • 1 pinch sea salt
