apple pumpkin pudding porridge

Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples chopped [organic if possible]
  • 1/2 cup h2o [to steam apples]
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree [or steamed pumpkin/squash]
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1-2 tbsp tahini [or nut/seed butter of choice]
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds [to top, optional]
  • 1 tbsp Nuttzo Seven Seed & Nut Butter [to top, optional]

ground spices to taste

  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • ginger
  • cloves
  • turmeric
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Steam apples in water in a medium saucepan, covered, on medium heat until soft [approximately 3-5 minutes].
  • Discard water [or keep for a tasty warm beverage], stir in remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low.
  • Serve warm topped with Nuttzo Seven Seed & Nut Butter, unsweetened shredded coconut, and pumpkin seeds.
