[or steamed pumpkin/squash]

[or nut/seed butter of choice]

[to top, optional]

Nuttzo Seven Seed & Nut Butter
[to top, optional]

ground spices to taste
cinnamon
nutmeg
ginger
cloves
turmeric

Instructions
Steam apples in water in a medium saucepan, covered, on medium heat until soft [approximately 3-5 minutes].
Discard water [or keep for a tasty warm beverage], stir in remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low.
Serve warm topped with Nuttzo Seven Seed & Nut Butter, unsweetened shredded coconut, and pumpkin seeds.
