- 1 peach [sub nectarine or plum]
- 1/4 avocado
- 3-5 mint leaves fresh
- 1/4 tsp ginger fresh and minced [to taste]
- 10-14 raw almonds soaked in boiled water for 10-20 minutes [drain, rinse and peel]
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maca powder [optional]
- 1 generous dash cinnamon and cardamom
- 1 cup h2o [edit to desired consistency; sub coconut or maple water]
