Ingredients
  

  • 1 peach [sub nectarine or plum]
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 3-5 mint leaves fresh
  • 1/4 tsp ginger fresh and minced [to taste]
  • 10-14 raw almonds soaked in boiled water for 10-20 minutes [drain, rinse and peel]
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maca powder [optional]
  • 1 generous dash cinnamon and cardamom
  • 1 cup h2o [edit to desired consistency; sub coconut or maple water]
