Cuisine smoothies
- 1 handful greens
- 1/3 cup cherries halved [fresh or frozen]
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp chia, ground flax + hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, cardamom + turmeric
- 1 pinch sea salt + black pepper
- 1/2-1 cup h2o or coconut water [I used beet stock by boiling beets + saving the water]
