clean green tahini cherry bomb smoothie

free of dairy, gluten, soy, refined-sugar, nuts serves 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful greens
  • 1/3 cup cherries halved [fresh or frozen]
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp chia, ground flax + hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, cardamom + turmeric
  • 1 pinch sea salt + black pepper
  • 1/2-1 cup h2o or coconut water [I used beet stock by boiling beets + saving the water]

Method
 

  1. Mix until creamy, enjoy cold.
