unsweetened shredded coconut

lemon zest

pure maple syrup
[or raw local honey, to taste]

raw sesame seeds
[or pecans, walnuts, almonds]
ground spices to taste
cinnamon
nutmeg
ginger
turmeric
clove

Instructions
In a small pot, boil water/nut or seed milk with pinch sea salt.
Combine oats with spices + 1 pinch sea salt, stir into boiling water.
Reduce to simmer + stir in remaining ingredients about 5 minutes into cooking/5 minutes before removing from heat.
Cook for 10-15 minutes total to desired consistency.
Remove from heat + add toppings to taste.
