  • 1 small peach or nectarine, chopped [fresh or frozen]
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 handfull swiss chard or spinach
  • 1 serving vanilla hemp protein powder [or protein powder of choice, add 1 tsp vanilla extract]
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds [extra to top]
  • 1 tbsp tahini or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil [optional]
  • 1 tbsp raw honey [use maple syrup if vegan]
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2-1 cup h20 or liquid of choice
  • 1 tbsp walnuts chopped [to top]
