Philosophie overnight superfood cacao oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats uncooked [sub cooked grains of choice like brown rice, buckwheat or quinoa]
  • 1 tbsp Philosophie cacao magic vegan protein & superfood powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1 tbsp Nuttzo Crunchy Seven Nut & Seed Butter [sub nut butter of choice]
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs [optional]
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup [optional, if you like it sweeter]
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp grund turmeric
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 cup blackberries fresh or frozen [or seasonal berries of choice]

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except berries and place in fridge overnight, or 2-4 hours.
  • Top with berries to serve.
