Philosophie cacao magic overnight oats

I am loving Philosophie’s vegan protein & superfood powders – they are super healthy, tasty, and easy to add into smoothies, oats and cereals, baked goods, salad dressings and more.

These overnight oats taste kind of like a brownie, with a superfood kick to boot. You might even want it for dessert…

ingredients

1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][sub cooked grains of choice like brown rice, buckwheat or quinoa]

1 tbsp Philosophie Cacao Magic vegan protein & superfood powder [or sub 1/2-1 tbsp raw cacao powder]

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds

1 tbsp Nuttzo Crunchy Seven Nut & Seed Butter [sub nut butter of choice]

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds

1/2 tbsp cacao nibs [optional]

1 tsp coconut oil

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup [optional, if you like it sweeter]

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp each ground cardamom + turmeric

1 pinch sea salt

1/4 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen [or seasonal berries of choice]

 

instructions

Combine all ingredients except berries and place in fridge overnight, or 2-4 hours.

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats uncooked [sub cooked grains of choice like brown rice, buckwheat or quinoa]
  • 1 tbsp Philosophie cacao magic vegan protein & superfood powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1 tbsp Nuttzo Crunchy Seven Nut & Seed Butter [sub nut butter of choice]
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs [optional]
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
