“My wife and I just got back from a fantastic 7 day yoga retreat that Sasha hosted in Costa Rica. It was one of the best vacations I’ve had in my life. It definitely surpassed my high expectations for a retreat like this. Sasha led us in two daily yoga sessions (one in the morning and one in the late afternoon) that had a healthy balance of movement and also close attention to the poses themselves – helping us all advance our practice. We also had time and space to explore the more spiritual side of yoga – something that can get forgotten in a 75 minute NYC yoga class.
