baked overnight oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp unsweetened apple sauce or 1/2 finely chopped apple
  • 1 tbsp cranberry sauce [frozen from leftovers, optional. or sub berries of choice.]
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • pecans to garnish
  • coconut oil to grease baking dish

Instructions
 

  • soak everything overnight + bake at 350F for 15-20 min the next morning.
