baked overnight oats

serves 1

vegan, gluten free, sugar-free, soy-free

 

ingredients

1/2 cup gluten-free oats

1 tbsp Woodstock Farms raw almond butter

1 tsp Eden unsweetened apple sauce [or 1/2 finely chopped apple]

1 tbsp leftover frozen cranberry sauce [optional, or sub berries of choice]

1 tsp Bob’s Red Mill chia seeds

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds [I used Woodstock Foods]

1 tsp each pumpkin + hemp seeds

cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger + turmeric to taste

1 cup unsweetened almond milk [I used Califia Farms]

pinch sea salt

pecans to top

coconut oil to grease baking dish

 

instructions

soak everything overnight + bake at 350F for 15-20 min the next morning.serves 1

  • 1 pinch sea salt
