superfood oatmeal

vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free

  • 1/3 cup oats (purely elizabeth organic original ancient grain oatmeal)
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk (or nut/seed milk of choice)
  • 1/4 avocado (ripe, mashed)
  • 1-2 tbsp sunflower butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut shreds (unsweetened )
  • ½ – 1 tsp green powder (healthforce nutritionals vitamineral green powder [or green powder of choice])
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • walnuts (to garnish)
  • goji berries (to garnish)
  1. cook oatmeal as directed.
  2. before oatmeal is finished cooking stir in green powder, cinnamon, salt, 1 tbsp of the coconut shreds.
  3. remove from heat, stir in sunflower seed/almond butter and mashed avocado until thoroughly combined.
  4. garnish with rest of coconut shreds, chopped walnuts, goji berries to taste.
