cauliflower
small or medium-sized, cut into florets

tbsp
ghee
use coconut oil if vegan
1
tbsp
sage
fresh, finely chopped
1/8
tsp
turmeric
ground
1/2
tsp
rosemary
or thyme, finely chopped
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tsp
lemon juice
to taste
1
tbsp
nutritional yeast
to taste [use parmesan cheese if preferred]

to taste

cup
pecans
chopped, to top [optional, toasted if desired]
Instructions
heat oven to 450F degrees. place cauliflower in large roasting pan + toss well with melted ghee to coat.
bake + stir every 5 minutes until tender + browned, approximately 20 minutes.
remove from oven to sprinkle with turmeric, herbs + garlic. bake for another 5 minutes.
in a bowl, combine cauliflower mixture with nutritional yeast [use parmesan if desired], lemon juice, sea salt + black pepper to taste.
top with pecans if desired.
