Method
- heat oven to 450F degrees. place cauliflower in large roasting pan + toss well with melted ghee to coat.
- bake + stir every 5 minutes until tender + browned, approximately 20 minutes.
- remove from oven to sprinkle with turmeric, herbs + garlic. bake for another 5 minutes.
- in a bowl, combine cauliflower mixture with nutritional yeast [use parmesan if desired], lemon juice, sea salt + black pepper to taste.
- top with pecans if desired.
