apple sauce chia pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch sea salt

toppings [optional]

  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground turmeric

Instructions
 

  • combine everything + place in fridge for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
  • top with pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, unsweetened coconut shreds, cinnamon + turmeric to taste.
