Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread of your choice - i like free bread inc or food for life’s brown rice bread
  • 1/4 cup strawberries sliced, enough to cover the toasts
  • 1/4 avocado sliced
  • 4 tbsp goat cheese crumbled, to taste
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil to spread on toasts
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds optional

Method
 

  1. toast bread
  2. spread coconut oil on top + sprinkle with chia seeds if desired
  3. layer with strawberries, avocado and goat cheese
