  • 1 brown rice tortilla
  • 2 eggs cooked to your preference
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 radish thinly sliced
  • 1 handful baby kale or greens of choice
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee, if pan-frying eggs
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds to top
  • sea salt to taste
  • ground pepper to taste
  • cumin to taste
  • ground turmeric to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Method
 

  1. cook eggs per your preference + assemble.
