  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup coconut water or water/non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 frozen kale stems or 1 handful of greens [optional]
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric + more to garnish
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • unsweetened coconut shreds to garnish
  • walnuts to garnish
