apple cider vinegar
or vinegar of choice [I like balsamic or ume plum vinegar, or coconut aminos]

lemon juice
to taste

dijon mustard

tahini
[I like Woodstock Foods or Once Again Nut Butter]

chia seeds
add more for thicker texture

turmeric

garlic powder

to taste
herbs
add herbs + spices to taste like rosemary + thyme, cumin, coriander, etc
Instructions
Mix together thoroughly + store in airtight container in fridge for 4-7 days.
Notes
*If you like it sweet, add 1 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup.
