Herbal Adaptogen Latte

Ingredients
  

base
  • 16 oz steeped nettle tea
adaptogens
  • 1/4 tsp ashwaghanda - or - 1/4maca
healthy fats
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter - or - 1 tbsp hemp seeds
superfoods
  • 1/2-1 tsp raw cacao powder - or - 1/4lucuma - or - 1/2blue green algae
flavors
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract - or - 1-2 tsp raw honey/maple syrup - or - 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. First brew your tea by steeping a handful of nettles in 16oz of hot water (near boiling). Steep for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Pour ½ of the steeped tea into blender, the other half in a mug.
  3. Add your superfood ingredients to the blender and blend until creamy and frothy. Pour into your mug with the rest of your tea and enjoy!
