- 3-5 organic strawberries
- 2 Tbsp kulthi protein powder from Chandika.com [optional if using oats]
- 1 tsp maca powder [optional]
- 1/4 cup gluten free whole grain rolled oats soaked in h2o overnight or boiling water for 5 minutes [optional if using protein powder]
- 10-12 raw almonds soaked overnight and peeled [sub 1 Tbsp raw sunflower seeds, soaked]
- 1/4 avocado
- 4-6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 small squeeze lime juice
- 1 large pinch ground cardamom
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 tsp rose water [sub 1/2 tsp rose petals to blend and/or garnish]
- 1 cup h2o or homemade almond milk [add to desired consistency]
