  • 1 scoop Vega Essentials Shake in vanilla [or sub 1 scoop protein powder + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract]
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 apple medium/large, chopped [or 1 small apple, chopped]
  • 1 tbsp tahini [or nut/seed butter of choice]
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest to taste
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1/8 tsp ginger ground
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg ground
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom ground
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2-1 cup DRINKmaple Pure Maple Water [add to desired consistency, or sub water + 1 tsp maple syrup]
  • 2/3 ice cubes [optional]
