  • 1 serving sprout living epic protein powder in vanilla lucuma [or protein powder of choice + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract]
  • 1/3 cup mango chopped [fresh or frozen]
  • 1/4 avocado chopped
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds ground
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric ground
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 3/4 cup h2o [sub coconut water, nut/seed milk, or liquid of choice]
  • 2-3 ice cubes optional
  • cinnamon to top
  • raw local honey to taste [optional, if you like it sweeter]
