ingredients
1/3 cup mango, chopped [fresh or frozen]
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp
tahini [or nut/seed butter of choice]
1 pinch sea salt
3/4 cup h20 [sub coconut water, nut/seed milk, or liquid of choice]
2-3 ice cubes [optional]
cinnamon to top
local honey to taste [optional, if you like it sweeter]

- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds ground
- 1/8 tsp turmeric ground
- 1/4 tsp cardamom ground
- 1 pinch sea salt

- 2-3 ice cubes optional
