chai avocado persimmon smoothie bowl

vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free. serves 1-2, depending on how hungry you are...

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop vega vanilla chai nutritional shake [1 serving]
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 persimmon small, skin removed
  • 1 handfull frozen kale stems optional
  • 4 tbsp anita's creamline coconut yogurt add more to taste
  • 2 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric ground
  • 1/2 cup water add to desired consistency

Method
 

  1. blend all ingredients until smooth + add desired toppings.
  2. [if not using vega nutritional shake: sub 2 dates, spices + protein powder of choice]
