1 scoop/serving Vega One vanilla chai nutritional shake
1/2 avocado
1 small persimmon, skin removed
1 handful frozen kale stems [optional]
4 tbsp Anita’s Creamline coconut yogurt [add more to taste]
2 tbsp raw almond butter [i love Woodstock Foods]
1 tbsp chia seeds [i used Bob’s Red Mill]
1/4 tsp ground turmeric [i love Frontier Co-op]
1/2 cup water [add to desired consistency]
optional toppings
cinnamon + nutmeg to taste

- 1/2 avocado
- 1 persimmon (small, skin removed)
- 1 handfull frozen kale stems (optional)
- 4 tbsp anita's creamline coconut yogurt (add more to taste)
- 2 tbsp raw almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric (ground)
- 1/2 cup water (add to desired consistency)
- blend all ingredients until smooth + add desired toppings.
