  • 1 scoop vega chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, cardamom to taste
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or water [add more if necessary for desired consistency]
optional toppings
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds to taste
  • spices of choice to taste
