  • 1/2 small Bosc pear or 1 small Bosc pear, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp walnuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 tbsp tahini or nut/seed butter of choice [optional]
  • 1-2 tsp raw local honey to taste
ground spices to taste
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • ginger
  • ground turmeric
  • sea salt
