Ingredients
  

  • ½ -1 bosc pear thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp sunflower butter or nut/seed butter of choice
  • 1-2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 tsp chia seeds
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 2 slices gluten-free bread free bread inc. or food for life’s brown rice bread

Instructions
 

  • toast bread + top with coconut oil, nut-butter, chia seeds, cinnamon.
  • top with pear slices + add more cinnamon to taste.
