  • 4 tbsp Philosophie berry bliss vegan protein & superfood powder [or sub 1-2 servings favorite protein powder]
  • 3/4 cup strawberries + rhubarb chopped [fresh or frozen, or sub berries of choice]
  • 1/2 avocado chopped [fresh or frozen]
  • 1 handful kale torn [or greens of choice]
  • 1-2 tbsp almond or nut butter
  • 1 tsp raw local honey to taste [optional]
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds ground
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil [optional]
  • 1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric ground
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 3/4 cup h2o sub coconut water or maple water, or non-dairy nut-milk [add to desired consistency]
  • 1/2 cup cereal of choice optional, to top
