It was so much fun to meet Sophie of Philosophie vegan protein & superfood powders (among other inspiring wellness Instagrammers) at the recent Wanderlust in Squaw Valley, California.
Her berry bliss superfood powder screamed summer to me, which reminded me of the frozen farmer’s market strawberry and rhubarb in my freezer, and this is the result.

Philosophie Berry Bliss Smoothie Bowl
free of dairy, gluten, refined sugar, soy
serves 2-4
ingredients
4 tbsp or 1 packet Philosophie berry bliss vegan protein & superfood powder (or sub 1-2 servings favorite protein powder)
3/4 cup strawberries + rhubarb, chopped (fresh or frozen, or sub berries of choice)
1/2 avocado, chopped (fresh or frozen)
1 large handful kale, torn (or greens of choice)
1-2 tbsp nut butter (I used Nuttzo)
1 tsp local honey, to taste (optional if strictly vegan)
1 tbsp flax seeds, ground
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp turmeric, ground
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp cardamom, ground
1 pinch sea salt
3/4 cup h2o, coconut water or maple water, or non-dairy nut-milk (add to desired consistency)
1/2 cup cereal of choice to top, like Living Intentions Acai Blueberry Superfood Cereal (optional)
