or nut/seed butter of choice

or non-dairy milk of choice

pumpkin pie spice
or any mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger + cloves to taste

Instructions
saute apples in coconut oil on low until slightly browned, throw in pears + saute until soft/golden.
add pumpkin + mix in until soft, add hemp milk + quinoa. stir.
add sunflower seed butter, spices, vanilla extract + coconut shreds; stir until creamy.
