less than 1/4
cup
coconut milk
or non-dairy milk of choice

tbsp
coconut oil

gluten-free bread
free bread inc. or food for life brown rice bread
1-2
tbsp
ghee
nutritional yeast
to taste
S+P
to taste
oregano
to taste
hot sauce
to taste

avocado
to top
Instructions
heat up pan with coconut oil on medium high heat.
crack eggs directly into pan and start to lower heat to medium low.
start to scramble by gently stirring eggs, breaking yoke.
once slightly scrambled add splash of coconut or non-dairy milk.
stir gently until combined so eggs are still soft.
add oregano, S+P to taste and remove from heat.
toast bread + spread ghee on top to taste.
top toasted bread with eggs, hot sauce to taste + avocado.
