spread the [holiday] health - chocolate spice chia pudding

vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, sugar free. serves 2-4 as a main dessert, or use as a dollop on your favorite holiday treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened hemp milk or non-dairy milk of choice [add more to desired consistency]
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ALOHA daily good greens chocolate blend or 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened raw cacao powder or unsweetened raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup to taste
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch sea salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg to garnish
  • 1 tbsp pecans to garnish [or nuts/seeds of choice]

Instructions
 

  • combine all ingredients + stir well.
  • refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  • blend before serving if desired, or stir again before serving.
  • *add ¼ avocado for creamier consistency or ¼ cup additional non-dairy milk for thinner consistency.
