  • 1 cup frozen kale stems [sub greens/stems of choice]
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp raw local honey
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp local bee pollen optional
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2-1 cup h2o or coconut water add to desired consistency
