purely elizabeth organic original ancient grain oatmeal

coconut milk
or nut/seed milk of choice

avocado
ripe, mashed

tbsp
sunflower butter
or nut/seed butter of choice

coconut shreds
unsweetened

green powder
healthforce nutritionals vitamineral green powder [or green powder of choice]
cinnamon
to taste
sea salt
to taste
walnuts
to garnish
goji berries
to garnish
Instructions
cook oatmeal as directed.
before oatmeal is finished cooking stir in green powder, cinnamon, salt, 1 tbsp of the coconut shreds.
remove from heat, stir in sunflower seed/almond butter and mashed avocado until thoroughly combined.
garnish with rest of coconut shreds, chopped walnuts, goji berries to taste.
