Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup oats purely elizabeth organic original ancient grain oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk or nut/seed milk of choice
  • 1/4 avocado ripe, mashed
  • 1-2 tbsp sunflower butter or nut/seed butter of choice
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut shreds unsweetened
  • ½ - 1 tsp green powder healthforce nutritionals vitamineral green powder [or green powder of choice]
  • cinnamon to taste
  • sea salt to taste
  • walnuts to garnish
  • goji berries to garnish

Instructions
 

  • cook oatmeal as directed.
  • before oatmeal is finished cooking stir in green powder, cinnamon, salt, 1 tbsp of the coconut shreds.
  • remove from heat, stir in sunflower seed/almond butter and mashed avocado until thoroughly combined.
  • garnish with rest of coconut shreds, chopped walnuts, goji berries to taste.
