vive la boulangerie
A recent trip to celebrate a dear friend’s magical wedding in Ireland inspired me to write a bit more about my Euro life, especially after polling what my community wanted to see more of from me: yoga, meditation, food and nutrition, or France.
I wasn’t completely shocked when the result was a resounding yes to sharing more about expat-living, and had to laugh away any ego deflation from my proud persona as a yoga and mindfulness expert. Because, somehow, it’s always all interconnected…
