vegetarian (vegan if using Anita’s Creamline Coconut Yogurt), gluten-free, soy-free, refined sugar-free

serves 1

ingredientsparfait with raspberry chia jam and cuke

1 serving Siggi’s Skyr plain yogurt

1/4 cucumber, peeled + chopped

2 tbsp homemade raspberry chia seed jam (recipe from The Chia Co.)

1 tbsp tahini [optional]

2 tsp hemp seeds

1 coconut chia macaroon (recipe from The Chia Co.)
