Fitness + Foolishness Nut Butter Balls
free of dairy, soy, gluten, refined-sugar
*no specific measurements – add everything to taste until it’s mixed into a cookie dough consistency
ingredients
organic peanut butter or almond butter
tapioca flour or almond meal
vanilla protein powder [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][optional]
raw honey or maple syrup
dark chocolate chunks
unsweetened coconut shreds to coat

Mix all ingredients together [except coconut shreds] until it’s the consistency of cookie dough and roll into balls, then roll/coat in coconut flakes.

- dark chocolate chunks
- goji berries
- unsweetened coconut shreds to coat
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together [except coconut shreds] until it's the consistency of cookie dough and roll into balls, then roll/coat in coconut flakes.
- Once rolled and coated, place in the fridge to harden or freeze until ready to eat.
