may we be healthy & free from suffering

Anyone else feeling feelings right now? Anyone?

I want you to know that I am right alongside you doing the work, managing the ups and downs of our current circumstance, figuring out what I can control in order to stay as calm as possible.

I’ve put together a list of resources below that have been supporting me tremendously throughout the past 10 days of Paris lockdown, which I will continue to utilize throughout the next 3 weeks (if not longer) and this lifetime in general.

Please reach out for support and take advantage of my virtual offerings – stay tuned for updates as online classes develop amidst our unforeseen amount of days in quarantine.

Thank you for considering making a donation for my free offerings – your support really makes a difference, especially in this uncertain time when many of us teachers are finding ways of maintaining our class schedules on the interwebs:

PayPal / Venmo / Insight Timer

what NOT to do

  • Let fear overcome you. Stress will make our bodies more susceptible to disease and illness, and it just feels junky in general. Check the meditation and breath work tools below to help you manage.
  • Drink a ton of wine and eat a bunch of sugar. Sugar, especially in excess, will prevent our immune systems from healing from any virus.
  • Anxiously prepare for the worst. Take action to take care of yourself – which ends up caring for others as a result (i.e. social distancing) – without stressing deeply over the unknown.
