Sasha Nelson is a US-born IIN certified health coach and international yoga and meditation teacher based in Nice, France. She helps clients cultivate a more balanced relationship with food, body, and self through mindfulness-based coaching, integrative movement, and sustainable lifestyle practices.

With over a decade of experience and certifications in yoga, Insight Meditation, and holistic health coaching, Sasha blends ancient wisdom with modern tools to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Her sessions are personalized and grounded, designed to meet clients where they are – whether they’re navigating stress and anxiety, body image, food overwhelm, or burnout.

Sasha’s approach – rooted in mindfulness, self-acceptance, and practical integration – is to offer healthy lifestyle coaching for long-term wellness. Her background in dance, theater, sustainable fashion, and ecological living also informs her work, weaving in simple tools that support both personal and planetary health. She’s passionate about making wellness feel personal, accessible, inclusive, nourishing, sustainable, and genuinely enjoyable.
