Join Sasha Nelson, Amber Gregory & Sarah Girard on a journey to Dordogne, France: yoga and meditation, daily locally sourced meals, visits to historical sites and outdoor markets in nearby villages, and special cozy nooks at Chateau de Bardouly.

Morning Yoga and Meditation sessions are designed to awaken and inspire curiosity; to invite self-inquiry and discovery all while overlooking the gorgeous natural surroundings.

Afternoon workshops provide specific tools to help absorb our experience and to cultivate deeper lessons. We will breakdown Advanced Postures, offer time-tested Ayurvedic Nutrition and modern-day Self Care practices, explore Therapeutic Techniques and dive into the teachings of Yoga Philosophy.

Throughout the week we will have opportunities to explore the surrounding area, including wine tasting and historical sites. Other activities include: lounging, swimming, hiking, writing, bodywork and massage treatments, hot air balloon rides, and more!

A chef will prepare 3 nourishing meals each day inspired by the region and season. Menus are thoughtfully designed, locally sourced when possible, and served family-style. Meals are plant-based with allergy-friendly options available.

This 9 bedroom Chateau sleeps 16 guests with outdoor and indoor yoga spaces, a pool, and indoor/outdoor dining.
