​Group Coaching Breakdown

Begins: Monday, March 17
Ends: Friday, April 25

Week 1: Choose one area of your life to upgrade and connect with your emotions. Learn physiological tools to manage and process feelings, self-doubts, fears, or limiting beliefs.

Week 2: Define your desired outcome and embody it as if it were your present reality. Learn practices to emotionally and physically align with your goals.

Week 3: Uncover hidden mindset blocks and limiting beliefs. Reframe them into empowering thoughts that align with your true desires.

Week 4: Develop simple, sustainable action steps to move toward your goal with ease.

Week 5: Group check-in to reflect, troubleshoot, and support each other’s progress.

Week 6: A self-care celebration! A virtual group yoga, meditation, and reflection session to honor your journey and craft your personal self-care rituals.
