Through one-on-one coaching, I support purpose-driven people with modern-day lifestyles to achieve sustainable, healthy habits. By infusing holistic, integrative wellness tools and practices into your everyday life in ways that suit your needs, you will balance and enhance your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

You’re not ready to take aligned action. Change takes gentle consistency, self-honesty, and a bit of discipline—even in small steps.
You’re dealing with urgent or highly specific medical conditions that need immediate care from a licensed healthcare provider. (That said, I can absolutely be a supportive complement to your care team.)

Navigated moves, jobs, health issues, and friendships / relationships in California, NYC, Paris, and now the Cote d’Azur.
Hosted over 8 yoga and mindfulness retreats across the world.
Hosted in-person and virtual yoga and mindfulness events and workshops for community groups, private and corporate clients.
Taught classes and workshops in respected studios around the world – including Kula Yoga Project and YogaWorks in NYC, and Modo Yoga Paris.
Led yoga and meditation classes and workshops in English and French.
Cultivated meaningful relationships in different cities around the world.
Recovered from a difficult relationship with my body and dehabilitating anxiety.

I am committed to showing up for lifelong anti-racism work. White supremacy has been wrongfully conditioned as the norm, and it is time to move forward as equals.
I commit to challenging white supremacy, fragility, and silence by informing myself through reading materials from legitimate sources, not turning a blind eye, speaking up, and calling in / out even if and when I feel anticipatory about “getting it wrong” or being judged.
I am committed to uplifting and supporting BIPOC by amplifying melanated voices, listening and learning, creating opportunities for clients and collaborations, no longer supporting people and businesses who do not uphold these values / who engage in racist behavior, and checking in with myself and others by creating space for open and honest discussions.
