thanksgiving egg open-faced sandwich
vegetarian, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free
Ingredients
- 2 organic eggs
- 1-2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce leftover, to taste [i made mine with cranberries, water, apple cider, juice from an orange, cinnamon, nutmeg, + stevia]
- 2 tbsp vegan gravy leftover, to taste [i made mine with almond flour, butter, nutritional yeast, coconut aminos, herbs, S+P]
- 2 slices gluten-free bread free bread inc. or food for life’s brown rice bread
- S+P to taste
Instructions
- fry eggs on medium low to desired consistency in coconut oil or ghee.
- toast bread + top with ghee or coconut oil.
- top toast with gravy, cranberry sauce, S+P to taste.
