Ingredients
  

  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce leftover, to taste [i made mine with cranberries, water, apple cider, juice from an orange, cinnamon, nutmeg, + stevia]
  • 2 tbsp vegan gravy leftover, to taste [i made mine with almond flour, butter, nutritional yeast, coconut aminos, herbs, S+P]
  • 2 slices gluten-free bread free bread inc. or food for life’s brown rice bread
  • S+P to taste

Instructions
 

  • fry eggs on medium low to desired consistency in coconut oil or ghee.
  • toast bread + top with ghee or coconut oil.
  • top toast with gravy, cranberry sauce, S+P to taste.
