Sometimes all I want is sweet treats, but often my body will want a bowl of fresh greens, especially after a long period of traveling. I have begun to crave things like this after eating certain foods I don’t normally eat because of how they make me feel [i.e. do not digest well], plus it’s easy and quick to throw together [my standard criteria].

- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 2 tbsp lemon juice to taste
- S+P to taste
