chocolate spice smoothie pudding bowl

Too good to be true… especially when eaten out of my favorite Breakfast Criminals heart bowl.

 

serves 1

vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free

 

ingredients

vega one chocolate nutritional shake [or sub 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder + your favorite protein powder]

1/2 apple

1/4 avocado

1 tbsp Once Again Nut Butter almond butter

1 cup coconut water or water/non-dairy milk [i used c20 coconut water]

1 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill chia seeds

3-4 frozen kale stems or 1 handful of greens [optional]

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp turmeric [+ more to garnish]

1/4 tsp nutmeg
